WhimsyMail Sticker Subscriptions typically ship during the last week of the month. (The exact date varies somewhat… this is a one-woman show!) Keep an eye on your inbox for an email notification that your stickers are on the way.

To make things simpler for everyone, enrollment is now open all month long! We’ll start your subscription as soon as possible with the current month’s sticker pack.

Your envelope is sent first-class mail in a stamped envelope at no additional cost. 💌
This means tracking is not available, but you will receive a notification email to let you know your stickers are on the way!
Delivery times will vary based on your location. WhimsyMail is shipped from Hockessin, Delaware, USA.

Your card will be charged the day you sign up. If you choose the monthly billing option, your subscription will renew on the same day of each month. If you choose the quarterly billing option, you'll save 10% and your subscription will renew every 3 months. If you choose the annual billing option, you'll save 20% and your subscription will renew every 12 months. Regardless of the billing cycle you choose, your stickers will be sent monthly.

You may change your payment method at any time by logging into your account and clicking on “Subscriptions.” Please note that changing your default payment method in your customer profile under “Payment” will only apply to future orders; make sure you select “Subscriptions” and change the payment method associated with your monthly subscription.
If your card on file is declined, you’ll automatically receive an email notification that will include a link to update your billing information. The charge is attempted again after five days automatically, and then for a final time five days after that. If the payment fails for a third time, your subscription is cancelled automatically. Should this happen, you will need to resubscribe. Please contact us if you need assistance.

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your customer account. Make sure you cancel before your next billing date; subscription fees are non-refundable.
To skip a month, email me at least one week before your next billing date.

If your shipping address changes, be sure to let us know via email. Please note that updating your default shipping address in your customer account does not affect existing subscriptions.
